Let Me Plan Your Travel is an independent trip-planning and travel-advisory service. We design custom Europe itineraries - routing, recommendations, and logistics guidance - based on the information you share with us. As explained in our Disclaimer, we are not a licensed travel agency or tour operator.

• You submit trip details through our planning form.
• We review your request and follow up with a personalized quote, typically within 24 hours.
• Nothing is booked or charged until you accept a quote and agree to proceed.
• Once we agree on scope, we prepare your itinerary and stay reachable by WhatsApp while you travel, per the plan agreed.

Pricing depends on the length, scope, and level of support your trip requires, and is confirmed with you before any payment is taken. Where payment is required, it is processed securely by Stripe - we do not see or store your card details.

Depending on what you request, your plan may include a day-by-day itinerary, a pinned map, restaurant and accommodation suggestions, transportation guidance, a budget estimate, packing advice, and on-trip WhatsApp support. We don't directly book or issue flights, hotels, or tickets unless we've specifically agreed to help with that as part of your plan - see our Disclaimer.

• Make sure the information you give us (dates, travelers, preferences, dietary or mobility needs) is accurate and complete.
• Book and confirm your own flights, accommodation, and any tickets, unless we've explicitly agreed to help with a specific booking.
• Check passport, visa, and entry requirements for your destinations, and obtain appropriate travel insurance.
• Check official government travel advisories for your route before and during your trip.

Plans can change - message us and we'll do our best to help you adjust your itinerary. If you cancel a paid trip-planning engagement, any refund is handled case by case depending on the work already completed; we'll always discuss this with you directly rather than apply a rigid rule.

The itinerary and materials we prepare for you are for your personal use for your trip. Please don't resell or redistribute them commercially without asking us first.

We provide travel planning advice in good faith, based on the best information available at the time. We aren't liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party providers - airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour providers, or others - or for circumstances outside our control (weather, strikes, closures, changes in travel restrictions, and similar events). These terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
