Let Me Plan Your Travel is an independent, personal trip-planning and advisory service. We are not a licensed travel agency, tour operator, or booking agent, and we don't hold travel-industry bonding or accreditation (such as ATOL or IATA). We design itineraries and give advice - we don't sell package travel.

We don't book or issue flights, hotels, or tickets on your behalf by default. You book directly with airlines, hotels, and other providers using our recommendations. If we've specifically agreed to help with a booking as part of your plan, that assistance is limited to what we've agreed in writing - we still aren't acting as your travel agent in the legal sense, and the contract for that booking is between you and the provider.

We put together every itinerary using the best information available at the time - opening hours, prices, transport schedules, entry requirements, and similar details can and do change after we send your plan. Always confirm time-sensitive details (tickets, reservations, transport times) close to your travel dates.

You're responsible for checking and meeting passport, visa, and entry requirements for every destination on your route, and for reviewing official government travel advisories before and during your trip. We strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance for every trip.

We aren't responsible for the acts, omissions, service quality, or failures of third parties - airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport operators, or any other provider mentioned in your itinerary. Any issue with a booking or service is between you and that provider.
