Let Me Plan Your Travel ("we", "us") is a Europe trip-planning service operated from Poland. For the purposes of GDPR, we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

When you fill out the trip-planning form, we collect what you choose to share with us, which may include:

• Your name, email address, and WhatsApp number (optional)
• Trip details: destinations, travel dates, number of travelers, children's ages, budget, and trip type
• Preferences: accommodation, travel class, transport, interests, and pace
• Optional details you choose to share, such as dietary needs or mobility requirements, so your plan can account for them
• Any free-text notes you add about your trip

If you contact us directly by email or WhatsApp, we also collect whatever information you include in that conversation. And like most websites, our server and error-monitoring tools automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) needed to keep the site secure and working.

We use your data to:

• Prepare your personalized itinerary and quote, and follow up with you about it
• Communicate with you before, during, and after your trip, including WhatsApp support while you're traveling
• Process payment, if you choose to proceed with a paid plan
• Keep the site secure and diagnose technical issues
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations

We keep trip-request data for as long as needed to plan your trip and support you while you travel, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you get in touch again or we need it for our own records (typically no more than 24 months after your trip). You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time - see "Your rights" below.

We don't sell your data, and we only share it with the service providers that help us run this business.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA (for example, in the US), always under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We don't use Google Analytics or any advertising/tracking cookies. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

This site uses Google Fonts (Inter and Playfair Display), but the font files are self-hosted on our own server rather than loaded from Google - so no data is sent to Google and no Google Fonts cookies are set.

We use industry-standard measures - including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access-restricted storage - to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

If you're in the EU/EEA (or anywhere, really), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority - in Poland, this is the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO)

This service is intended for adults planning travel. We only collect information about children (such as ages) when a parent or guardian provides it as part of planning a family trip.

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in how we operate or in applicable law. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
